Our Return Policy

We at Beau Dietl & Associates (BDA) wish to assist and guide you through the safe purchasing process so you choose the right safe for your needs. Certain factors play a role in selecting your safe need such as size, weight, fire protection, burglary protection, lock type, and more. If you find that the product that you ordered is not what you expected, for whatever reason, we will be happy to help you. Please keep in mind that the buyer/returner is responsible for shipping charges. The shipping charges will always be deducted from the return refund regardless of the weight of the safe.

Refund Request Requirements are:

  1. Must be made within 30 days of when the product shipped
  2. Must submit a written return request with your name, telephone number, email, order number, model number and, reason for return. Written return request can be submitted by email to [email protected] or fax at 212-557-4737.

Here is the breakdown of returning a product to BDA:

  • Original Packaging (Unopened Box). Product must be returned complete (no missing parts) and, must be in condition to be resold. An incomplete return will be deducted from your refund.
  • Price Value Refund
  • Less 25% Restocking Fee
  • Less Shipping and Handling Fees (both ways)

Custom Products: We do not accept returns for custom made products. Custom ordered products are defined as non-standard, one of a kind (color, configuration) products.
