Frank serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than three decades of senior financial leadership experience across private companies, family offices, and complex multi-entity organizations. He has established a strong track record of enhancing financial performance, strengthening internal control environments, optimizing cash flow, and delivering strategic insight to support sustainable, long-term growth.
Prior to his appointment as CFO, Frank served as Head of Finance and Controller at Day & Nite / All Service, where he oversaw all accounting and financial operations. In this role, he enhanced financial reporting and forecasting capabilities, strengthened banking relationships, and played a key leadership role in the successful sale of the company to a private equity firm. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors.
Earlier in his career, Frank held senior financial leadership positions with The Schonfeld Family Office and The Kaufman Family Office. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing accounting, treasury, tax compliance, investment reporting, risk management, and strategic planning across diverse portfolios of operating businesses and high-net-worth family assets. His experience includes leading complex transactions, managing credit facilities, supporting estate planning initiatives, and overseeing major capital projects.
A strategic and results-oriented executive, Frank is recognized for his ability to modernize financial operations, improve organizational effectiveness, and partner closely with executive leadership to achieve key business objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Long Island University with honors and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
