Bo Dietl Shares Top 3 Signs You’re Being Stalked

Stalking can happen to anybody. It can be performed by and to someone of any gender, ethnicity, or age. It’s best to understand the signs of stalking in order to protect yourself and the ones you love. Bo Dietl from Beau Dietl & Associates shares the top three signs you’re being stalked or followed:

Your follower is everywhere you go. Do you notice the same person at a majority of all the locations you go? The fact that you’re repeatedly seeing this person is not a coincidence. The following is done intentionally to seek you out for whatever their motives may be.

You’re receiving threats by the perpetrator. They can be verbal or nonverbal, but they both pose the same threat. Having to fear for your safety is not a matter to be taken lightly and should be taken care of quickly, carefully, and appropriately.

Consistent, unwanted communication does not end. Stalkers do not take “no” for an answer. You will most likely receive incessant calls, texts, emails, visits, or even unwanted gifts. For documentation purposes, be sure to keep records of all attempted communication and visits.

If you feel like you are possibly being stalked, do not hesitate to seek help. You may want to look into filing a restraining order or hiring professional private investigation services. If you feel threatened or unsafe at any time for any reason, immediately call the police.
