Charles Diamond is BDA’s Vice President of Corporate Investigations. His team is responsible for all corporate Due Diligence investigations, Pre-Employment background checks, and for providing research support to other divisions in all facets of BDA’s operations.

An attorney admitted to practice in the state of New York, Charles has a lifetime of intelligence, investigations, legal analysis, and academic experience. Prior to joining BDA, Charles served as a Senior Investigator and Acting Enforcement Supervisor with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), conducting Federal civil rights, employment, and compliance investigations; providing litigation support to Federal lawsuits, and managing a team of investigators.

Before his time with the EEOC, Charles served for over ten years in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Analyst, where he provided intelligence support and threat analysis to every level of the Department of Defense. Honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant First Class, Charles served overseas on multiple deployments, managed intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination, as well as conducting planning and operational support. Charles has routinely briefed senior members of the uniformed and civilian leadership, developed intelligence products used by tactical and strategic units alike, and analyzed security threats for the warfighting, Joint, and intelligence communities.

With a broad range of expertise, including legal research, financial analyses, and statutory and regulatory enforcement, Charles also has extensive experience conducting interviews, developing investigative plans and targeting strategies, and creating detailed reports to convey our findings.

Charles earned his B.S. at the National Intelligence University and graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.
